PLATFORM USER TERMS

These terms apply to you as an individual when you sign in to the Twinit platform. They are short by design. They do not replace the agreement between Twinit Limited and the organisation that gave you access, and they do not make you personally responsible for that organisation's obligations.
1. Your access comes from your organisation
The platform is provided to your employer or another organisation under a Twinit Subscription License Agreement (Enterprise). That agreement governs what the platform does, what it may be used for, and who is responsible for what. Your organisation decides who may have access, what permissions you hold, and what you may do with the platform. If these terms and that agreement differ, that agreement prevails.
2. Using your account
Keep your credentials to yourself. Do not share your username, password or authentication device with anyone, including colleagues, and tell your organisation's administrator promptly if you think your account has been compromised. Use the platform only for your organisation's purposes and only within the permissions you have been given. Do not attempt to access data, namespaces or environments you have not been authorised to see, and do not try to circumvent any technical or contractual limit on use.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the platform, copy or modify it, or remove any proprietary notice. Do not use the platform to store or transmit anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
3. Artificial intelligence features
Where you use the platform's artificial intelligence features, the responses are generated by a third party model that your organisation has selected and configured. Output can be incomplete, incorrect or invented, and it is not independently verified by Twinit. Check anything you intend to rely on, particularly where a decision has consequences in the physical world.
What you type into a prompt is stored, together with a summary of the response, and is available to the application and to your organisation. Do not enter personal data or confidential information unless your organisation has told you that is appropriate for the application you are using.
4. Monitoring
We record sign-in events, systems activity and usage telemetry in order to operate, secure and support the platform, and to investigate misuse. Your organisation can also see activity within its own environment. Section 5 of our privacy policy explains what we hold, why, and for how long.
5. Your personal data
Twinit is the controller for your account and authentication data, and processes it as described in our privacy policy. For anything held inside your organisation's environment, including the content of your work and your prompt history, your organisation is the controller and Twinit acts on its instructions. If you want to see, correct or delete that content, ask your organisation. If you ask us, we will pass the request to them.
6. Suspension and changes
We may suspend access to an account where we reasonably believe it is being misused, where security requires it, or where your organisation asks us to. We may update these terms, and the version in force is always available from the sign-in page. Your organisation is told about changes that materially affect it under its agreement with us.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Nothing in them limits any right you have under data protection law or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
